General

My goal is to be as socially and environmentally responsible as possible. As much as I am able to, I use recycled and recyclable shipping materials. I always try to work with local Alaskan, BIPOC and/or women-owned companies for printing when I’m not printing items myself. If you have any recommendations for how to improve my operations, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have any problems with your order, please contact me at jessicathorntondesigns@gmail.com. I gladly accept returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. Before you send anything back however, please send me an email so that we can find the best solution! 

If we do agree you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
